WEEK 21-Constantly learning

This week brings me here with a lot of gratitude.  I was blessed to find a couple of webinars online with wonderful information on health and also on addiction.   As I have said part of my DMP is giving back and addiction is near and dear to me.  So I began watching videos talking about array of things, from diet to pep tides. it was an eye opener and because of MKMMA I was able to get more out of it, learning how the mind works in our class and relating .  Some interviews blew my mind.

I also learnt that diet can play a huge part in how your brain works. All where talking about how habits and poor thoughts in combination with bad eating effects our mental health. They gave me great tips on changing my diet, thus adding in my health physically and mentally.

As I read 21 this week a couple keep sticking out 21:13 ” This mental attitude is our personality and is composed of the thoughts which we have been creating in our own mind; therefore, if we wish a change in conditions all  that is necessary is to change our thought; this in turn change our mental attitude, which will in turn change our personality, which will change the persons, things and conditions, or the experiences with which we meet in life.”

21:17 “Do not hesitate to aspire to the highest possible attainments in anything you may undertake, for the mind forces are ever ready to lend themselves to a purposeful will in the effort to crystallize its highest aspirations into acts, accomplishments, and events.”

We can truly  change our lives and become the best possible selves. I am so excited to see how the next weeks unfold.

  1. Thanks Carole, Its fun having a “good” week to report on isn’t it. I liked that second reference too.
    Did you ever reply to Kevin? He sent you his e-mail address and he and I want to invite you to mastermind with us, but the last time I talked to him he hadn’t heard from you.     Great Spirit i read and feel in the words and in your life. How amazing when we look (plant something) we find it, abundantly.Diet is a major part of well being, both physical and mental. When you get too much time on your hands Look for Dr Caroline Leaf. I have her book and on line she has a lot of videos that help you understand the brain to a finite point.
    You seem to be doing an excellent job working with yourself. Keep this up and the sky is not your limit, you’ll be flying up there.But it says that in 21:17 doesn’t it.
    I’m proud of the progress WE are all seeing. Thank You so much for continuing to strive with us

  3. That’s fantastic Master Carole! Isn’t it great how when we are open to possibilities and are focused on our DMP, the direction that is lit up for us to follow… I’ve had another experience of that this week! and it references your 21:13….. I had woken up feeling great, inspired, motivated and ready to start my new project… then once I was in my shop about to begin… I got a call from my sister and she told me that my dad is going down the dementia road…I felt crap instantly and felt like closing up shop and going home to watch tv all day… then out of the blue a lady walked in.. we talked and within minutes she is helping me through my emotions (created from the thought I had that I was going to lose my dad) and within minutes I felt better and had a great day! It was truly a miracle! Anyways… just thought id share that with you… Big hugs. and have a great week!
